Before the engagement is formalised, we will specify the included work, exclusions and contractual terms. Outcomes and administrative processing times are not guaranteed.

The application fee and exams are listed separately from legal fees. The firm will check whether exams are required and whether exemptions apply. They are not automatically added to every engagement. Exam amounts are supplied by the firm; the session and official price must be confirmed before registration.
We will explain the applicable expenses before formalising the engagement. If you have already paid them yourself, you will need to provide proof of payment.
